Terms of Service

Using CLASHUP

You may use CLASHUP only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for your account, applications, API keys and all activity performed through them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, impersonate another person, evade security controls, or violate another party’s rights. We may suspend accounts that create a security, legal or operational risk.

Service availability

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party delivery providers and events outside our control can affect delivery or access.

Security

Keep API keys confidential and rotate them if you suspect exposure. You must promptly notify the service administrator of unauthorized account activity.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
