Information we collect

CLASHUP collects the account details you provide, such as your name, username and email address. We also process API request metadata, application configuration, security logs and support messages needed to operate the verification service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, deliver verification emails, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Data protection

Passwords and one-time passwords are stored using one-way hashes. API keys are shown only when created and then stored as hashes. Access is controlled through authentication, authorization, rate limits and audit logging.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate CLASHUP, when you direct us to deliver an API request, or when required by law. Operational logs and expired verification records are retained only for the period required for security and service operation.
